The Board of Directors of Annaly Mortgage Management, Inc. (NYSE NYSE

: NLY) declared the second quarter 2000 common stock dividend of $0.30 per share. The $0.30 per share dividend represents a 14% decrease from the first quarter 2000 dividend of $0.35. This dividend is payable on July 27, 2000, to common shareholders of record as of July 3, 2000. The dividend is paid from earnings and is not a return of stockholder equity.
