Annaliese S. Kambour Named Vice President, Tax and Chief Tax Officer of AOL Time Warner Inc.

Annaliese S. Kambour has been named vice president, tax and chief tax officer of AOL (A division of Time Warner, Inc., New York, NY, www.aol.com) The world's largest online information service with access to the Internet, e-mail, chat rooms and a variety of databases and services.  Time Warner Inc., it was announced today by J. Ms. Kambour, 39, will report to Mr. Kelly and will be responsible for AOL Time Warner's corporate-wide tax planning Tax planning

Ms. Kambour joins AOL Time Warner from the New York New York, state, United States

At Paul, Weiss, Ms. Kambour advised a number of major media and communications companies in connection with various significant transactions, including the merger of Time Inc. and Warner Communications, the formation of Time Warner Entertainment, and several cable system partnerships for Time Warner.

Ms. Kambour joined Paul, Weiss in 1986 and became a partner in 1996. During her career at Paul, Weiss, she was involved in a broad spectrum of transactions for both domestic and international business organizations, including corporate acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and financings, and partnership and joint venture capital and private equity funds. She has been involved in numerous corporate and other restructurings, including privatizations, public offerings and other capital structure reorganizations.

Ms. Kambour graduated from Harvard-Radcliffe College, magna cum laude, in 1983 and from Harvard Law School Harvard Law School (colloquially, Harvard Law or HLS) is one of the professional graduate schools of Harvard University. Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Harvard Law is considered one of the most prestigious law schools in the United States. , magna cum laude, in 1986.
