Anna Quinlan Appointed President of RemitStream Solutions LLC Receivables Management Joint Venture between Fiserv and Northern Trust.

Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV) announced today that Anna M. Quinlan has been appointed President of RemitStream Solutions LLC, the recently formed receivables management joint venture owned by Fiserv and The Northern Trust Company.

Quinlan previously was Senior Vice President in charge of Banking Services Operations for Northern Trust, an operation that included receivables management. Quinlan brings with her 28 years of experience in the banking and payments industry. Quinlan is employed by Fiserv, but will report to the Board of Directors of RemitStream.

Fiserv and Northern Trust formed the joint venture in July 2001 to provide receivables management services to Northern Trust clients and to expand the business by selling services to other financial institutions. Receivables management is commonly referred to as wholesale lockbox.

Norm Balthasar, President of the Fiserv Financial Institution Group, said Quinlan was a natural choice to lead RemitStream. "Anna has worked in just about every aspect of bank operations, so she knows this business backward and forward," Balthasar said.
