Anna Phillips to Maintain Mrs. Texas' 2006 Eyelashes Throughout Reign.

COLLEYVILLE, Texas -- Anna Phillips, a certified Xtreme Lashes(TM) trainer and distributor, announced today that she would maintain the semi permanent eyelashes of the 2006 Mrs. Texas, Tracy Elliott, for the remainder of her title, which will be relinquished at the next Mrs. Texas Pageant in July 2007. Philips was responsible for applying the semi-permanent eyelash extensions to Mrs. Elliott when she was crowned Mrs. Texas 2006 at the Mrs. Texas America competition on July 1st.

The Texas and Kansas State Director to the Mrs. America Pageant, Tracy Crist, who has been a client of Phillips since February 2006, introduced Mrs. Elliott to Phillips in March of this year. "Anna's expertise in applying eyelash extensions is the perfect combination of technical skill and art," said Mrs. Crist. "Having won the Mrs. Iowa competition in 1995, I thought her service would be welcomed by our contestants. Eyelash extensions are such a natural way to enhance a woman's natural beauty."

The competition was held at the Grapevine High School Theatre on July 1, 2006. Tracy competed with 27 delegates from across the Lone Star State in Interview, Swimwear and Eveningwear. "The third time was the charm for me," said the 36-year-old wife, mother, and author who was crowned after entering three times since 2003. "I am so honored to represent the great State of Texas," said Mrs. Elliot. "While there are so many factors that go into winning the title, I can honestly say that having my eyelash extensions has simplified my routine immensely. I am thrilled that Anna is going to help maintain my beautiful lashes, especially as I prepare for the Mrs. America Pageant later this year." Tracy will travel to Tucson, Arizona from August 23rd through September 7th to represent Texas in the Mrs. America Pageant, the only nationally televised and recognized pageant for married women. Anna also applied the lashes for the runner up in the Mrs. Texas competition, Denise Brown.
