Ann Fritz Hackett Joins Capital One Board of Directors; Experienced Business Leader Fills New Seat as Independent Director on Capital One's Board.MCLEAN, Va. -- Capital One Financial Corporation (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :COF) today announced that Ann Fritz Hackett, President of the Horizon Consulting Group, has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
