The Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) , (NYSE: PCG), is the utility that provides natural gas and electricity to most of Northern California.
 announced today that its Board of Directors elected Anlin Ting-Mason as vice president for Internet and business development for the utility.

Ting-Mason joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company on May 16, 2000. As vice president for Internet and business development, she will focus on the company's Internet strategy, aiming to provide on-line capacity for all residential and business customers, as well as to identify new business opportunities, products and services to better serve customers.

"Anlin's experience and expertise will become crucial as Pacific Gas and Electric Company continues to expand the products and services we offer our customers," said Gordon R. Most recently, Ting-Mason served as general manager of Internet services at London's British Telecom, where she was responsible for all Internet consumer product lines, as well as strategic business partnerships with major e-commerce companies. Prior to British Telecom, she served as chief financial officer for Pacific Bell Internet Services in the Bay Area. Ting-Mason received a master's degree in accounting from the Catholic University of America Catholic University of America, at Washington, D.C.; the national university of the Roman Catholic Church in the United States; coeducational; founded 1887 and opened 1889.  in Washington, D.C. She is a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism.
