The RSPCA''s Community Animal Welfare Footprints (CAWF CAWF Canadian Armwrestling Federation ) scheme rewards and promotes good practice in animal welfare carried out by local authorities. Cheshire West and Chester Council has been awarded silver for its stray dog services.
