Animal Health Institute.

The Animal Health Institute has appointed Ronald B. Phillips to the position of vice president of legislative and public affairs. Phillips, who joined the association in March as vice president of public affairs, will now be responsible for AHI's legislative activities and the coordination of communication programs.

Phillips served 11 years as vice president of public affairs at The Fertilizer Institute. He also spent more than five years as press secretary and professional staff member of the Senate Agriculture Committee.
