Dr. Carter was most recently vice president and general manager at Spine Wave, Inc., a private company focused on developing innovative medical devices for the treatment of spinal disorders. As an integral member of the management team developing Anika's strategic growth plan, Dr. Carter will lead the Company's overall research and development efforts.
