St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union is a full-service financial institution offering a wide variety of products and services nationwide. Currently ranked as a "Top 150" credit union in the U.S., the organization has been using a payroll service provider to process payroll and a different vendor to handle human resources and time keeping. The separate systems lack the functional capabilities the credit union had expected and, because they are not integrated, create extra manual work, data integrity issues, and reporting problems.

ABECU selected UltiPro Workplace with UltiPro Recruitment in July 2008 to gain the functionality needed for HR to operate more strategically and effectively.
