Anglo-Dutch Announces Texas Court Orders Ramco to Turn over Shares and Subsidiaries; Texas Court Orders Ramco Not to Take Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc Public on April 21, 2006.

HOUSTON -- On April 18, 2006, the Texas State 61st District Court ordered Scottish-based Ramco Energy plc and Ramco Oil Limited to turn over for public sale all shares in Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc to the Sheriff or Constable of Harris County, Texas, on or before April 21, 2006. The Texas Court also ordered the Ramco companies not to transfer any shares or any interest in any oil and gas properties out of Lansdowne pending the turnover.

Prior to the Texas Court's turnover order, Ramco had announced its intention to take Lansdowne public on the AIM market on April 21, 2006. Ramco had recently announced that it had established Lansdowne, and had transferred into Lansdowne its Irish exploration assets which included a 9.25% carried interest in the Frontier Exploration License in the Donegal Basin, and its interests in four Celtic Sea Licensing Options, Midleton (100%), East Kinsale (100%), Rosscarbery (77%) and Seven Heads Oil (74%).

Additionally, the Texas Court ordered Ramco to turn over to the Sheriff or Constable of Harris County, Texas for public sale the shares of stock in Medusa Oil & Gas Limited, Ramco Eastern Europe Limited, Ramco Oil & Gas Limited, Ramco Oil Limited, and Ramco Oil Services Limited.

The turnover orders are related to the judgment Houston-based Anglo-Dutch Petroleum International, Inc. and Anglo-Dutch (Tenge) LLC received against Ramco. On October 24, 2003, a jury in Texas state court awarded the Anglo-Dutch companies USD 70.4 million against Ramco Energy plc, Ramco Oil Ltd. and Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. for violating confidentiality contracts, which caused substantial damage to Anglo-Dutch. Within weeks of the Texas Judge signing the Amended Final Judgment, Halliburton settled with Anglo-Dutch.

The two Anglo-Dutch companies are pursuing enforcement action against Ramco in the Court of Session in Scotland for collection of the sums due under the Texan judgment.

Scott Van Dyke, President of Anglo-Dutch Petroleum International, Inc. said, "We believe Ramco's portion of the judgment may exceed USD 16.3 million for damages, attorney fees and pre-judgment interest. We hope the public sale of these assets will satisfy a portion of our judgment."
