Anglo Irish Bank Names Katherine Rowley to Vice President, Inward Investment.


BOSTON -- Anglo Irish Bank Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc (Irish: Banc Angla-Éireannach) ISEQ: ANGL, LSE: ANGL, FWB: CKL, is a bank based in Ireland, listed on both the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange, and headquartered in Dublin.  today announced the appointment of Katherine Rowley, CCIM CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member

, to vice president, Inward Investment. In this position, Rowley will source commercial property acquisitions in the United States on behalf of the Bank's private banking clients in Ireland and the United Kingdom. She will be based in the Boston representative office and will report to Niall Gunne who heads Inward Investment for the Bank in North America.

Prior to joining Anglo Irish Bank, Rowley spent the last 10 years at GE Capital within GE Real Estate and GE Commercial Finance serving in various leadership roles including loan origination and asset valuation, strategic market intelligence and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School Harvard Business School, officially named the Harvard Business School: George F. Baker Foundation, and also known as HBS, is one of the graduate schools of Harvard University.  and a BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management The Isenberg School of Management is a highly competitive business school located at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  at the University of Massachusetts The system includes UMass Amherst, UMass Boston, UMass Dartmouth (affiliated with Cape Cod Community College), UMass Lowell, and the UMass Medical School. Rowley received her Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute Designation in 2006 and is actively involved in numerous associations including the Urban Land Institute, CCIM Institute, Mortgage Banker's Association and REFA.
