:EZM), today announced its public offering of 1,950,000 shares of common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. RBC Capital Markets RBC Capital Markets is the corporate and investment banking division of Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC"). Broker dealers
Depending on the jurisdiction, the division uses different broker dealer subsidiaries of RBC:
  • Canada: RBC Dominion Securities Inc
 served as lead manager and sole book-running manager, and Adams Harkness and Hill acted as co-manager. AngioDynamics has granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 292,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotment. The shares will be listed on The Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "ANGO."
