Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paul Anderegg, President of Angelica Textiles Services and Vice President of Angelica Corporation, said "This transaction gives us the opportunity to trade our plant in Philadelphia for Tartan's plant in northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California.
