Angela McGhee, from Aldridge, Walsall, has released Angela's Angels - A Psychic Soul's Journey.

The book, which is the first of a planned trilogy, recounts the 49-year-old's experiences from her childhood through to the present day.

It also includes chapters on Angela's work with police forces across the country, where she has helped solved murders.

A psychic detective is defined as a person who investigates crimes by using paranormal psychic abilities.

She said: "I'm delighted the book has been published. It was launched in America and had a great response.

"It highlights some of the stories from each stage of my life so far.

"But the plan is to write a series of three with the next book being Angela's Ghosts and the third one being Angela's Spirit."

The book is the latest project for the busy medium, who is making waves on American radio.

Angela has been given a weekly slot on the Los Angeles-based Afterlife show, and she is hopeful a documentary based on her police work, called Psychic Investigator, will be screened by ITV (1) See interactive TV.
