Angel Commercial LLC has announced the following transactions:

Stolt Sea Farm, Inc. has leased 25,000 sf at 350 Long Beach Blvd. In Stratford, Conn., for use as a state-of-the-art seafood processing and distribution facility. Stolt, a wholesaler, is expected to be fully operational by October 1. The new location was built by Stratford Development Company on speculation and features 24-foot clear ceiling heights.

Corporation for Public Management has subleased 6,000 sf of office space at 1862-1902 Commerce Drive in Bridgeport, Conn. The subject building lends itself for office and warehousing uses. CPM is a vendor for the State of Connecticut, as well as many other states specializing in the educational fields. Jon Angel represented the subtenant and the sub-lessee in the transaction.

3741-3747 Main LLC has purchased an 1,830 sf freestanding corner building on .25-acres of commercial land located at 3741 Main St. in Bridgeport, Conn. The purchaser plans to utilize this building for medical office space. The purchase price was $260,000. Jon Angel was the sole broker in the transfer.

ADE Corporation has leased 5,312 sf of office and R & D space at 9 Parklawn Drive in Bethel, Conn. ADE provides automated meteorology and inspection systems for wafer manufacturing and the computer disc drive industry. Norman Greenhouse represented the tenant, ADE Corporation.
