Analogic Corporation (NASDAQ: ALOG) announced today the establishment of Anexa Corporation to market and sell advanced digital imaging solutions to select markets in the U.S. Anexa, based in Wilmington, MA, is a provider of complete integrated digital imaging solutions incorporating:

-- Innovative Digital Radiography (DR) Systems

-- Advanced Application Software

-- Desktop Computed Radiography Systems

-- Other key products from industry-leading OEMs

John Wood, President and CEO of Analogic, said that Anexa will meet the needs of select markets that were not being addressed by the major OEM suppliers.
