AnexTEK Global Inc. and FalconStor Announce OEM Agreement; PacRim Storage Solutions Provider Selects FalconStor for Virtualization and Provisioning Over IP.

AnexTEK Global Inc., a network storage solutions provider serving the Asia/Pacific market, and FalconStor Software, Inc., a network storage infrastructure software company, today announced they have formed a strategic partnership.

The two companies have signed an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  distribution agreement whereby AnexTEK will offer FalconStor's network storage software as part of its RAID storage solutions.

FalconStor has designed the industry's first open, high-performance software-only storage infrastructure that aggregates and virtualizes storage resources and provides services for both SAN and/or NAS (1) See network access server.
