Persons with aplastic anemia often feel tired and have hearts that have to work harder to pump blood to the body's tissues and organs; this causes stress that, over time, can cause an irregular heart beat, an enlarged heart, or possibly heart failure.

The many possible causes fall into three main groups. Lowered red blood cells count in the body; excessive breakdown of red blood cells by the body; and blood loss.

Causes Of Anemia

Anemia commonly occurs in women who do not realize that they are pregnant for more than 60 days and only later during a test it is revealed that they are pregnant. In the mean time, they may be consuming their regular diet which is not sufficient to match with the body's needs.

Anemia, though sounds a simple disease to have, could actually get fatal. It is therefore extremely important to identify anemic cases so that proper treatment can be done on time.

If your diet is really poor and you do not get at least some of each major food group, lack of iron in your body can easily occur. If you are a very strict vegetarian, your diet definitely lacks iron.

A person who learns that he has this form of anemia would most likely have difficulty dealing with the news, but that should not prevent him from delving deeper into the diagnosis with his physician.

However, if one is suffering with pernicious anemia they may experience general weakness, numbness, or tingling of the extremities, soreness in the mouth, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

The difference between MDS and aplastic anemia is found in the bone marrow. With MDS, the bone marrow is producing abnormal or underdeveloped blood cells, which do not function correctly.

Treatments

People living with mild to moderate aplastic anemia are in serious condition but do not have to be hospitalized for treatment.

Anemia can be traced to a number of causes and several different types. However, the most important and persistent cause of the disease remains the intake of an unbalanced diet that lacks in iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin C that helps the body to absorb iron.

There are other causes of anemia, such as rapid blood loss, genetic factors, or more serious diseases like cancer, of which the treatments can cause anemia. But, iron deficiency anemia is a disease on the rise and it deserves more attention.

Leukemia Symptoms are difficult to find outer as it is totally internal process. If in any of the reports it is found to have the damage of bone marrow or even the lack of platelets can be the reason of this cancer.

Medically leukemia is treated mainly with chemotherapy, although radiotherapy and biological therapy can be used in certain subtypes of leukemia.
