Andy on the right track.


TEESSIDER Andy Gibson has been busy making a name for himself in the world of horse racing horse racing, trials of speed involving two or more horses. It includes races among harnessed horses with one of two particular gaits, among saddled Thoroughbreds (or, less frequently, quarterhorses) on a flat track, or among saddled horses over a turf course with .

Through his work as a pS rofessional gambler, Andy was earlier this year invited to participate in the Racing Post's Betting Masterclass series alongside a very select group including Dave Nevison, Nick Mordin and Marten marten, name for carnivorous, largely arboreal mammals (genus Martes) of the weasel family, widely distributed in North America, Europe, and central Asia. Martens are larger, heavier-bodied animals than weasels, with thick fur and bushy tails.  Julian.

He is also the founder of the betting website www.patternsandprofiles.co.uk Andy, who now lives outside the area but often visits his parents Joe and Enid in Marske, said: "Pitching itself very solidly as a racing and betting service that places a fundamental emphasis on integrity and honesty, the site has rapidly established itself as the website of choice for the discerning punter."

As a part of his work for the site, Andy, 49, prepares profiles on horses for owners and trainers.

Top trainer Brendan Powell is one of many satisfied customers, while Andy's most recent profile on grade one Cheltenham Festival The Cheltenham Festival is the most prestigious meeting in the National Hunt racing calendar in the United Kingdom and has race prize money second only to the Grand National.  winner Imperial Commander can be viewed for free on his website.

Andy attended John Emmerson Batty Primary School and Sir William Turner Grammar School and Sixth Form College in Redcar.
