Daily Mirror regular Andy ANDY Andrew ANDY US Popular Abbreviation for Andrews AFB is being used by Sport England to encourage people to build 30 minutes of exercise into their daily routine. The flat cap-wearing layabout will call on stars including soccer's Rio Ferdinand and Alan Smith to put the Everyday Sport message over. Andy himself promises to rise from the sofa and take up golf.
