Co-Manager of Rising Pop Sensations Nine Days Joins Expanding Team

of New York-based TBA Artist Management

As part of its continuing expansion in the artist management arena, TBA Artist Management, a division of TBA Entertainment Corporation (Nasdaq:TBAE) announced today that Andy Mendelsohn will join its New York office.

Mendelsohn, co-manager of the hit pop/rock group Nine Days (Sony 550), brings ten years of experience in the music business to TBA, which is already home to notable artists such as Brooks & Dunn, Chely Wright, Kathy Mattea and Jaci Velasquez (who was recently nominated for a Latin Grammy Award).

A native of New York, perhaps the world's most prolific music market, Mendelsohn was working as a radio production director when he was approached with a demo for Nine Days in 1995. Three years after using the band's material as the background music for a commercial, Mendelsohn joined forces with artist manager Peter Malkin and Columbia Records executive Jon Cohen, to lead the band to their current success. Nine Days has been skyrocketing up the charts for the past 11 weeks with Absolutely (Story of a Girl), and currently holds the number two spot on the Billboard Top 40.
