Andy's fury over umpire ruling.

ANGRY Andy Murray has demanded an apology from umpire A person chosen to decide a question in a controversy that has been submitted to Arbitration but has not been resolved because the arbitrators cannot reach agreement, or one who has been chosen to be a permanent arbitrator for the duration of a collective bargaining agreement.  Pascal Maria after he was given a code violation for swearing during his defeat to Andy Roddick Andrew Stephen "Andy" Roddick (born August 30, 1982) is an American professional tennis player and a former World No. 1. He is the top-ranked American player and fifth-ranked player in the world as of October 1, 2007. He finished sixth in the 2006 ATP Race. .

The Scot's first Wimbledon semi final was finely balanced at 4-6, 6-4, 2-3 when he berated himself for mis-hitting a passing shot.

Although he claimed he did not swear, Maria warned him for a verbal obscenity which Murray believes was unjust and believes Maria should make amends.

"I hope I get an apology," the 22-yearold said.

"That stuff just annoys me when you're totally rushed into it.

"The amount of times that you get given a code violation when the line judge goes up to the umpire if you say something at the back of the court quietly.

"If he gives me a code violation and I argue it, he could also ask one of the line judges what I said.

"And when you say 'Hit the pass' and you get a code violation for that, it's disappointing."

Murray, however, is not disappointed about his charge to the last four and says it has shown him he can one day win the Wimbledon title.

"I think the way I played this year was very, very close to getting to the final," he said. "I believe I can win a Grand Slam grand slam
