Andrx to Issue 2005 Second Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Andrx Corporation (NASDAQ:ADRX) today announced that it plans to issue its 2005 second quarter financial results press release on Thursday, July 28, 2005, after the market close. Andrx will then host a conference call on Friday, July 29, 2005, at 8:00 AM ET. Andrx intends to file its Form 10-Q on or about Thursday, August 4, 2005. Due to previously scheduled commitments, Andrx is hosting the conference call in advance of filing the Form 10-Q in order to ensure that all members of executive management are available to participate on the conference call.
