Andrx Corporation (Nasdaq:ADRX ADRX Andrx Corporation (stock symbol) ) plans to release its 2003 fourth quarter and full year financial results after the market close on Wednesday, February 25, 2004, and will host a conference call on Thursday, February 26, 2004, at 8:00 AM ET to discuss those results and its outlook. Historically, the Company has released its financial results prior to the opening of the NASDAQ, and has followed the release with its conference call. Going forward, to provide additional time for review and consideration of its financial results, commencing with the 2003 fourth quarter and full year press release, the Company will release its financial results after the close of the NASDAQ on the day prior to the conference call.
