(market designation: HYBR) today announced an agreement in which products of both companies will be integrated to provide high speed Internet access solutions for business and home users at MMDS (Multichannel Multipoint Distribution Service or Microwave Multipoint Distribution Service) A digital wireless transmission system that works in the 2.2-2.4 GHz range.  frequencies.

Under terms of the new agreement, Andrew will offer Hybrid broadband data access modem and router products with Andrew end-to-end network system solutions covering the frequency bands of 2-4 GHz. Andrew will design, install, and support these fixed wireless systems and market them through the company's global sales and distribution facilities. These systems will also include proprietary Andrew equipment, such as sector antennas, frequency converters, subscriber antennas, subscriber premise RF equipment, and other Andrew products.
