Andrew Signs Reseller Agreement With Divine Tower International Corporation.

ORLAND PARK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 1999--Andrew Corporation has signed an exclusive reseller agreement with Divine Tower International Corporation (DTIC), the nation's largest privately-held infrastructure provider to wireless carriers. Under the terms of the agreement, DTIC will deploy Andrew-supplied HELIAX(R) cable, connectors, accessories, and elliptical waveguide; RADIAX(R) radiating cable; microwave, GridPak(R), ValuLine(R), base station, earth station, and broadcast antennas; pressurization products; towers; and equipment shelters as part of a new partnership between the two companies.

Together, Andrew and DTIC will offer full "turnkey" wireless telecommunications services and products to both developed and emerging markets. The initial contract is for Andrew products to be deployed at DTIC owned, managed, and maintained communications sites. DTIC will provide Andrew products to telecommunications companies in North America, Europe, South America, and the Caribbean.

DTIC builds networks to the carrier's specifications then leases the entire system back to the carrier at set monthly rates.
