Andrew Sells Wireless Accessories Business.

ORLAND PARK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2003

Andrew Corporation (NASDAQ:ANDW) announced today that it has sold the assets of its wireless accessories business to JEMB Realty Corporation, a real estate owner, developer, and management organization. JEMB will run the former Andrew wireless accessories business under the new name of Xentris and the new company will retain a number of the former Andrew employees.

Specific financial details of the transaction were not released.
