Andrew, who has served as RBI's deputy general counsel since November 2001, is responsible for overseeing all of the company's legal matters. He will report directly to Henry Horbaczewski, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Reed Elsevier Inc. Andrew has been with RBI since 2000. He initially served as a consultant advising the company on various areas of the law including employment law before becoming Senior Employment Counsel supervising all employment and employee relations matters. Andrew was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in November 2001.
