Andrew Marc Names Robert M. Mahan Chief Financial Officer.

 -- Andrew Marc announced today it has named Robert M. Mahan to the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Mahan will lead the Company's finance and operations staff supporting the growth of its core outerwear businesses, as the Company expands its product categories and transforms itself into a global lifestyle brand. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Charles M. Jayson.

Mr. Mahan most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Ajilon Professional Staffing.
