Bay Shore Mall, built in 1989 and renovated in 1998, is a 165,000 SF, open-air community shopping center, located on Route 9 and Cape May Ferry. Road in North Cape May, N.J. Major tenants include Acme Supermarket, Ames Department Store, and Thrift Drug. The property was 90% occupied at closing.

The center has 50,000 SF of expansion area, providing ample space for additional shops or a third anchor. There is an additional pad site for sale or lease as well.
