Quinn-Quintin has over 20 years' experience in human resources, most recently as vice president, human resources for Textron Industrial Products. She joined Textron in 1989, was appointed director, corporate office human resources in 1991, and in 1993 was appointed vice president and corporate secretary. During her Textron career, Quinn-Quintin spent three years on international assignment based in London, England.
