Andrew Clurman, President of the Skiing Company, Named President of TransWorld Media.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 2000

Andrew W. Clurman has been named President of TransWorld Media in addition to his duties as President and Publisher of The Skiing Company and a Vice President of Times Mirror Magazines, announced Jason E. Klein, President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With this promotion, Clurman joins the Times Mirror Magazines executive committee, reporting to Klein. Clurman succeeds Brian J. Sellstrom.

Separately, Times Mirror announced the appointment of Brian J. Sellstrom as Chief Executive Officer of AchieveGlobal, its professional training company. Sellstrom was Senior Vice President of Times Mirror Magazines, President of its TransWorld Media division, and Chief Executive Officer of The Skiing Company. In addition to his role at AchieveGlobal, Sellstrom has been named Chairman Emeritus of TransWorld Media.

While at Times Mirror Magazines, Clurman has worked on numerous corporate initiatives such as the launch of the Outdoor Life Network and the creation of Times Mirror Magazines Golden Eagle Awards for Environmental Excellence. Clurman, 38, lives with his wife, Claire, and three children in Boulder, Colorado.
