, recently announced commercial real estate veteran Amy E. Cole has joined the firm as Managing Director. Previously Cole was a vice president of Lee & Klatskin Associates. Most recently Cole successfully completed the leasing and repositioning of the fully renovated art deco art deco (ärt dĕkō`; är dākō`, ärt) or art moderne (är môdĕrn`, ärt)  property known as 26 Journal Square in Jersey City, NJ, a 107,000 s/f retail and office tower.

A Skidmore College alumni, Cole put her multi-lingual skills to work at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Paris, France. She is a member of CREW, REBNY REBNY Real Estate Board of New York , and the ICSC ICSC International Council of Shopping Centers
