Full House Resorts, Inc. develops and manages gaming facilities. In addition to the management agreement with the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi (NHBP) is a federally recognized Potawatomi Indian tribe. The Tribe received its federal recognition in 1996 and does not yet have any land in federal trust. , Full House Resorts manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at the Delaware State Fairgrounds n. pl. 1. same as fairground.  in Harrrington, Delaware. Midway Slots and Simulcast has a total of approximately 1,400 gaming devices, a 450-seat buffet, a 50-seat diner and an entertainment lounge area.

Regarding the Company's growth strategy Mr. Hilliou states, "We are also looking at the expansion of gaming in racinos and other venues. We are currently looking at racinos with partners and other gaming projects. Our intention is to be a minority partner in the racino itself, but the managing partner of the casino along the lines of our Delaware racino management project."

In describing the Company's current position Mr. Hilliou states, "Michigan, when the project opens, will be our biggest source of revenues; it is also our biggest investment so far. Otherwise, we also are in negotiation with a couple of tribes to help them open and manage casinos. We know how to build and manage casinos and racinos, and we do it well."
