Andina Paint 2006 re-cap: 340 attend 8th annual event.Andina Paint 2006, the 8th Annual Congress co-sponsored by STAR, the Asociacion de Tecnicos Andinos en Recubrimientos, and the FSCT FSCT Federation of Societies for Coating Technology FSCT Fire Support Control Terminal , was held in Caracas, Venezuela on March 19-20. Organized by the Venezuelan and Colombian sections of STAR, 340 industry members representing nine countries attended the two-day event. The second day of the Congress featured 12 individual presentations.
