:ACTQ) Tuesday announced that the state of Florida has finalized their corporate name change to Tidalwave Holdings Inc.

The company will now request a new trading symbol Trading symbol

An identification number assigned to all stocks and registered bonds. The Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) oversees the entire CUSIP system.

Upon confirmation from the NASD, the company will announce its new trading symbol which should be within the next 14 business days. Until the new trading symbol is issued the company will continue to trade under its old name and symbol.

"This change will help give new light to the company. There has been a lot of confusion about our corporate name, and our future direction since we acquired 10% of Citizen's Title Services Inc., a fully automated title insurance agent last year. The company will now have separate divisions for computer, Internet and mortgage services," stated Tidalwave Holdings Inc. President Leon Kline.
