) and Andersen Consulting See Accenture.  today announced that they had reached an agreement in principle to significantly expand the scope of their global strategic alliance, announced in February.

The expanded relationship is expected to enable Andersen Consulting, Commerce One and their worldwide clients to capitalize on Cap´i`tal`ize on`
