Andersen Consulting and BroadVision Team to Provide Integrated Business Solution for Interactive Services.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 1995--Andersen Consulting and BroadVision Inc. today announced their plans to provide completely integrated business solutions for interactive service networks.

Specifically, BroadVision will supply its CoMarket(TM) Interactive Commerce Management System (ICMS) and related support services to customers of Andersen Consulting's Entertainment, Media and Information Services industry practice. The practice provides business integration services, interactive application development and overall program management to companies building platforms to support electronic marketing and commerce.

BroadVision's CoMarket product, a comprehensive solution for marketing, billing and ordering over interactive networks, is currently in development for release by the end of the year.
