Andaurex Announces Distribution Agreement.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 1997--(VSE AWX.) Andaurex Industries Inc. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provincial International Cranes Inc., has signed an exclusive agreement to distribute the products of ADC Ateliers de la Chaninette SA of Parthenay Cedex, France in both Canada and Malaysia.

ADC is a major international manufacturer, whose products include a standard line of small, high-quality hoists.

Gregory B. Bowes, Andaurex President, said the ADC line will complement Provincial's existing custom crane business by expanding the Company's product offerings. Provincial will also improve its price competitiveness by incorporating ADC hoists into its larger crane designs.

In addition, the distribution agreement will provide Provincial with a source of components and complimentary products for its joint venture in Malaysia which is being set up to produce and sell hoists and cranes in South East Asia.
