Andalex sells Chiquita Center.


CINCINNATI Cincinnati (sĭnsənăt`ē, –năt`ə), city (1990 pop. 364,040), seat of Hamilton co., extreme SW Ohio, on the Ohio River opposite Newport and Covington, Ky.; inc. as a city 1819.  Ohio: The Andalex Group announced the sale of the Chiquita Chiquita can refer to:
  • Chiquita Brands International, fruit company.
  • Rio Chiquita, river in Táchira, Venezuela
  • Chiquita, a common Spanish nickname meaning little. It has also become a common nickname in various tropical countries.
 Center, a Class-A tower located in downtown Cincinnati at 250 East Fifth Street.

The property was sold for a gross price of approximately $92.7 million to Tipple Net Properties. Since 2004 when Andalex purchased the leasehold An estate, interest, in real property held under a rental agreement by which the owner gives another the right to occupy or use land for a period of time.
