In July, we asked readers to send their nominations for the sexiest dancers out there. After sorting through hundreds of passionate recommendations, we found four standouts with plenty of what it takes. Then we added one special memory from a reader, and we couldn't agree with her more.

In the early 1950s, a dancer appeared on the New York scene. She was a regular in the 2 p.m. class at Ballet Arts, Carnegie Hall. There were always professionals in the class, either from Broadway or ballet companies. This dancer had no breasts, no hips, and no derriere. She always wore black, including a sweater covered with holes. Her presence was formidable. Her voice, her big playful eyes, her extraordinary legs and feet, and every move she made spelled s-e-x of the highest order. Needless to say, she was a fabulous dancer. Who else but "Zizi," as we all called her, soon to be known in Hollywood as Zizi Jeanmaire.
