In the report, PHNS, founded in 1999, received lofty marks in 12 key measurements including categories such as "services delivered on time and within budget," "real problem resolution," "executives interested in you," and the all-important question: "Would you buy it again?" KLAS conducted the survey through extensive client interviews and written surveys. It is the first hospital IT outsourcing study conducted by the firm.
