Adobe has unveiled Captivate 3, an eLearning authoring tool for creating computer-based simulations, scenario-based training, and interactive quizzes. Enhanced features include multimode recording, rerecording, new Microsoft PowerPoint import capabilities, and support for rich media formats. A rerecording feature captures actions taken in Internet Explorer Microsoft's Web browser, which comes with Windows starting with Windows 98.
