Ancore To Increase Global Presence for Inspection Technology Through Marketing Agreement With OSI Systems' Rapiscan Security Products Subsidiary.

Ancore Corporation, a leading developer of automatic, material-specific inspection technologies, today announced a global marketing agreement with Rapiscan Security Products wherein Rapiscan will market and distribute Ancore products as well as combined products.

This agreement will significantly expand Ancore's presence worldwide.

Rapiscan Security Products, a leading supplier of high quality X-ray screening and explosive detection systems, has four global locations and is a member of the OSI Systems group of companies (Nasdaq:OSIS OSIS Open Source Information System (now Intelink-U; US DOD)
OSIS Ocean Surveillance Information System
OSIS One-Stop Internet Shop (European Union)
OSIS Open Scriptural Information Standard
).
