Anasazi Purchases Insi Property Management System Software.


PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 1997--Anasazi has announced that it has reached an agreement with Insi Corp. to purchase the source code for its property management system software.

The Insi agreement gives Anasazi full and equal ownership rights in the Insi software.
