MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2003

Analysts International (Nasdaq:ANLY), a diversified information technology services firm, announced today that it has signed an agreement to resell Microsoft(R) Business Solutions applications, a family of software products that simplifies business processes and makes them more efficient. Analysts International has also been named a Microsoft Global Partner, giving the company comprehensive access to technical expertise and other services. The company can now support Microsoft Business Solutions customers through the entire life cycle of a project.

Through this agreement, Analysts International will initially introduce Microsoft Business Solutions CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. , a new application that facilitates customer service and helps increase sales. The company will also sell and support Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains(R) and Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision(R), applications for managing critical business processes, from inventory and financials, to human resource management and time entry.
