Analysts International Joins Forces with Majesco to Provide Global IT Services; Analysts International Forges Key Alliance with Offshore Firm.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2003

Analysts International (Nasdaq:ANLY), a diversified information technology services company, announced today it has formed a strategic alliance with Majesco Software, Inc., a leading offshore IT services provider. With the new relationship in place, Analysts International will offer innovative onshore / offshore capabilities to its strategic and mid-market clients.

Analysts International plans to use the alliance to enhance and expand its 'client centric' approach to information technology solutions. Majesco resources will be used not only for offshore project solutions, but also for onsite project teams. Analysts International will be offering a new and different offshore delivery model to its clients, one in which onsite accountability and management of projects is combined with technical excellence and the economics of offshore development.
