--   Nevtah's ownership interest in Cybersensor.com ("Cybersensor")
     which has a proprietary Web-based technology called CyberVip(tm),
     which allows users to monitor and control remote equipment via a
     direct satellite link.

--   Nevtah's rights to market Cybersensor in Europe.
