Analyst: TTM could buy Tyco's PCB shops.

Inc., one of the largest global investment banks and securities trading and brokerage firms in the world.  analyst gave further credence to reports that TTM Technologies may be looking to purchase at least some of Tyco's printed circuit board operations.

According to a report in Forbes, Bear Stearns said it expects TTM TTM

 to apply its cash of $90.5 million to support future acquisitions, which "may include Tyco's military and aerospace board plants," the report said, indirectly quoting the analyst.

 sales were an estimated $474 million. The suggestion of a possible acquisition was made by Circuits Assembly in February.

Separately, TTM reported March revenue of $73 million, topping estimates. The PCB company guided for June revenue of $73 million to $77 million.

"We still sense that this guidance is conservative," Bear Stearns said.
